In Person

I understand and agree that if I book a Zoom appointment for a file review, I must join the meeting using a computer (desktop or laptop), not a mobile phone or tablet. The Moon Group is unable to conduct file reviews on mobile devices.

I understand that for my scheduled phone appointment, I should expect a call from 833-864-1040 (833-TMG-1040). I agree to save this number in my contacts so I can recognize the call when it comes in.
