Dedra Moon is the Managing Partner of The Moon Group (TMG) Tax and Accounting Solutions, LLC. She is an experienced Accountant with 30 years of experience in the private and public accounting industry combined.
Dedra started TMG, a full service accounting firm, because she possesses a passion for Small Business Owners and desired to relieve the everyday financial stress so they could focus on managing the growth of their business.
TMG serves individuals, families and small-businesses with monthly bookkeeping, monthly accounting, quarterly and annual tax preparation, tax planning, CFO and business advisory services.

Felicia is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for a biotechnology company. Beyond her primary role, she thrives as the Director of Marketing and Tax Professional, seamlessly managing our bookkeeping and tax clients, and our brand development.
Fun Fact: She has a deep passion for music, movies, fitness, & kicking back with a venti iced coffee.
Jamina Nailor - Director of Training & Tax Pro
By Day, Jamina oversees the reimbursement and compliance for a medical equipment supplier; and, on evenings and weekends, she serves as the Director of Training and a Tax Professional with The Moon Group. Learning the Internal Revenue Code and helping people understand it is a challenging role. There is so much info to share.
Fun Fact: She is a connoisseur of lipstick and perfume. When you smell good, you look better.
Katrina Peele - Director of Outreach & Tax Pro
Katrina is a public school teacher by day and on weekends and evenings, she fulfills her responsibilities to The Moon Group Tax & Accounting Solutions. Learning about the ever evolving Internal Revenue Code, seeking partnerships for our community outreach campaigns to support youth entrepreneurs and helping people understand their personal tax situations in simple to understand terms is very rewarding.
Fun Fact: She is a tea snob who loves to collect dainty tea cups. Life’s too fabulous to drink tea from a mug.
Mallorie Williams - Director of Payroll & Tax Pro
Mallorie has worked in payroll for many years and is excited to use her knowledge with The Moon Group. Learning the Internal Revenue Code has broadened her perspective and she finds herself using the additional information learned almost daily.
Fun Fact: She is a great mix of sweet and spicy, a huge lover of family, fitness and dogs.
Yvonne Clay - Director of Research & Tax Pro
Yvonne is a Program Control/ Financial Analyst by day and on evenings and weekends, she fulfills her responsibilities with The Moon Group Tax & Accounting Solutions. The Internal Revenue Code (IRC) is complex, but helping clients navigate and understand these complexity challenges and how it fits their tax situation is a rewarding role that keeps her in constant learning mode.
