- Provide your email address.
- We’ll email you a link to our current portal or a prior year, if needed.
- You’ll create a username and password and answer all of the questions for the year you need prepared.
- You’ll upload required documents including Driver’s License for you and your spouse (if applicable), SSCards for all dependents being claimed, all income sources, including W2s, 1099INT, 1099DIV, 1099NEC, 1099MISC, etc.
- Upload any reductions to income (let me know if you have anything in this category and I’ll provide more details). These reductions may include charitable contributions, mortgage interest payments, medical expenses.
- When you have completed your uploads shoot us a message (Messenger or text) to say you’re done. Our text line is 833-864-1040.
- We’ll begin preparation and ask any follow up questions to ensure we have a clear understanding of your situation and all pertinent information.
- We’ll provide you with a First Look Review (FLR) within 8 days of your file being completely submitted.
- After we complete FLR, we’ll make any needed revisions and schedule a Zoom (or in-person appointment) with you to review the final copy. After the Zoom, we’ll send the file to you for signature via DocuSign.
- Upon receiving your signature, we’ll electronically submit the file to the IRS, and the state, within 3 days.
- If you are entitled to a refund, you can expect your refund to direct deposit within 14-21 days.
- If you owe, we’ll discuss what your options are.
- If you’re entitled to a refund, our fee can be taken from the refund and you’ll pay nothing out of pocket.
- If you owe, you will receive an invoice to pay our fee and the invoice must be paid before the file is transmitted.
Our fees START at:
- $275 Federal (if there is any business activity involved the fee starts at $375, note this fee is a starting fee).
- $175 State (no extra fee for state if business activity is involved).
Our fee includes preparation services, 3 year audit protection, 3 years record retention and 3 year access to TMG to discuss the return we prepared.

You’ll need:
- Your SSN
- Your filing status (there is a checkbox located above your name on your 1040).
- Your expected refund, which can be found on line 34 of your 1040. Remember our fee will come out of the federal refund so what you are expecting is the gross amount, you’ll receive the net amount (after our prep fee) as your direct deposit.
